Can you ship quicker than 3-5 Business Days?

If you have an urgent requirement - a sudden pain that needs treatment, maybe a forgotten birthday, we will of course try to help. There is no express option on the website so please telephone us to discuss the options.
Is the Shower Bar actually a soap?

Our shower bomb is not a soap, but it does fizz up because of the bicarbonate of soda, citric acid and cream of tartar. It is an extremely nourishing, hydrating and moisturising skin product for even the most sensitive skin. See blog for ingredient details.
How much Magnesium Muscle Rub or Balm should I apply?

You really don't need very much. Just a "TBA" amount rubbed to a smooth consistency in your palsm and then applied to your affected area.
My Magnesium Balm is a little grainy, or looks as if it is separating. Is this OK?

This is perfectly OK, it is a natural effect of the ingredients and won't affect the performance in any way. Keeping the balm in the fridge will help with consistency if you prefer.
